This 100KN hydraulic tensioner is adequate to string all kinds of conductors and ground wires. For better ensuring safety, it utilizes the spring applied hydraulically released multi-plate brake that can act automatically, if a hydraulic failure occurs.
Moreover, our 100KN hydraulic tensioner offers the infinitely variable tension control, which can realize the constant-tension conductor stringing operation. Its bullwheel has wear-resistant MC nylon lining segments. Our product is also accompanied with two sets of hydraulic power output interface, so as to connect the hydraulic conductor reel stand.
